Phase One: Rounding Corners
In this photo, you might be able to see that I have sanded the leading edge of the treadbox as well as the side edge above the side panel. In original robot, these edges are rounded rather than sharp. My only tool was emery paper wrapped around a block of wood. Fine steel wool finished the edges.
