Here is an assembled piece installed. It looks nice in this photo, but believe me, it does not look nice from the outside. You can see the brackets. They look very amateurish.

What a shame! Another idea is shot down. Oh well, building a robot is a protracted lesson in power of the inescapable wheel of trial and error.
